This plugin also fixes an issue with the default extended ping programming in Wordpress and pre-2.1 versions of Smart Update Pinger (it now includes the url of the new post).

Why you shouldn’t try learning kiteboarding without taking a course

These dudes seem to have gotten it all wrong when it comes to kiteboarding. I thought it was a matter of course that kiteboarding is something that you do in the water, but apperantly this is something that isn’t clear to everybody… again taking a kitesurfing lesson is highly recommended if you wanna start kitesurfing :)
